Maxwell was a great help to me during my computer troubles. After having terrible trouble with my 14th Gen i7 (including the replacement unit that Intel provided) which involved troubleshooting almost every component. I made the jump to AMD.
When I still had troubles and went through 5 motherboards, I got in my car and planned to drive off of the nearest bridge rather than back to microcenter. On that drive I found SnaperTech and Maximilian was able to diagnose the issue. It involved a known issue in the motherboard BIOS that MSI has STILL not fixed. I was able to return my board to microcenter and get an gigabyte board which I have have had no issues since then.
